Financial Reports: Accepted the financial reports for audit.

Associate Rector Report:  Rebecca Edwards
Rebecca reported that there will be a few Sundays this summer when Chris and Rebecca will both be present.  Rebecca will be out of town the first two weeks and the last week of July and Chris will be gone the first two weeks in August.


Financial Reports:  Treasurer Arthur Kassebaum

• Property expenses may be under budgeted, as there are a lot of maintenance expenses.
• The vestry believes the current checks and balances processes are sound and there is no need to increase the bonding limit as promoted by our insurance company.

Income was higher than expected and our stocks rose by $7000.  It was another good month.

2012 Parochial Report:
Members approved the 2012 Parochial Report for submittal to the Diocese.

Both expenses and income were higher than budgeted due to a change in the method for counting special gifts. We are $2100 ahead for the year. 


A light dinner was served to celebrate the ending of the year and the three-year terms of three vestry members, Diane Beck, Jane Drover, and Equilla Luke.
