We love to be able to share our Good Samaritan story with others and so you'll see a lot of photos and videos being taken and shared in many ways.
If you don't want your image to be used in our story telling, please contact the church office at 858-458-1501 or email@example.com.
Parents, for an image of your child to be used, we need your permission. Please contact us for the form or download it below.

Lately, we've had a virtual sea of requests for inserts into your Sunday bulletin. We have a new policy: no inserts.
This will save on paper, and save you from having to juggle a sheaf of papers as well as remembering to retrieve them from the pew before you leave.
If your ministry or church event has a registration form, flyer, or other piece you wish to share with the community, you'll need to hand them out to interested persons after the service.

In order to be faithful stewards of our budget and to manage rising office costs, all use of the photocopier is by staff and Treasurer only.
Ministry requests for copies must be submitted in advance to staff. For large copy jobs, please allow at least 5 working days. For quick, small copy jobs, 1-2 days notice is sufficient.
The copier is not available for ministry printing jobs on the day the bulletins are being run off, Sundays, Thanksgiving Week, or the weeks leading up to Christmas and Holy Week.

Information sent via our Prayer Request Form will be sent as confidentially as the internet allows to our Prayer Chain leader. This information is kept confidential within the Prayer Chain unless you indicate otherwise.
