People were bringing
little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples
rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them,
"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the
kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone
who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never
enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them
and blessed them.
-- Mark 10:13-16
Opportunities for your child to learn more about their faith are spread throughout the month as well as twice on Sundays.
Ages 2 and under Children play under supervision from a licensed caretaker in our chapel. The chapel can also function as a cry room. Mums and dads don't miss a moment as the service is piped into the chapel
Ages 3-7 Godly Play 1 meets in the nursery. These programs are based on Montessori
Religious Education and use hands-on, child-centered approaches. Our program addresses the spiritual and developmental ages of the students.
Ages 6-10 Godly Play 2 is an imaginative way to tell scripture stories to children. The classroom is opposite the front office desk. Be sure to ask an usher for directions!
